Meditation is relaxing

Meditation is relaxing when true silence is achieved. Sometimes I find it difficult to quiet my mind. Often I have to sit alone and tell my mind to be quiet. Taking in deep breaths and with each breath thinking the word peace. When I exhale I imagine release. I imagine my mind releasing all thoughts. Finding small amounts of silence through the day can be reached with 5 deep breathes. May you have a peaceful day. Love MKC

Life is wonderful

Letting go is the key to joy. If something is bothering you, talk about it. Let it out and forgive yourself for ever being upset. Joy is all of our natural states of being and taking life less seriously is the best way to stay happy. God bless you all.

Ways to be more Peaceful

In the book I offer many ways to be more peaceful.  At times life can be overwhelming.  Our minds tell us we have so much to do to be happy and purposeful.  Truthfully you are complete and only need 10 deep quiet breathes to center yourself. If you feel busy and need to calm down. Take 5mins to close your eyes, breath deep and release old thought patterns. Inside you is a quiet soul that whispers I love you, your perfect, your complete,  your safe, your power is in the present Moment-not outside of you-or in accumulating possessions.
